On December 19, Beihang University and the University of Victoria (Uvic) signed two agreements extending institutional partnerships on education cooperation and student exchange.
The agreement was signed during a meeting between Professor Jamie Cassels, President and Vice-Chancellor of UVic, and Professor Huang Haijun, Vice President of Beihang University.
During the meeting, Professor Huang Haijun reviewed the fruitful cooperation on joint research and student exchange between the two universities over the years. Professor Cassels introduced the latest achievements of UVic and expressed his sincere hope to strengthen the partnership with Beihang University. The two sides also held in-depth discussions on promoting joint PhD programs and further research cooperation.
After the meeting, the UVic delegation visited the National Key Laboratory of Virtual Reality Technology and Systems and the National Key Laboratory of CNS/ATM.
