摘要：
Consider players at a Nash Equilibrium (NE) of a non-cooperative game of money, which serves as their “status quo” in that game. We examine the possibility that they might innovate monetary transfers amongst themselves, thereby changing the game. In the domain of transfers which in conjunction with concomitant NE of the changed game are both “transparent” and “budget-balanced”, our focus ison those where all players are made better off compared to the status quo. By way of key examples, we analyse the Prisoners’ Dilemma, the Centipede Game, Contests, and Crime and Punishment (in a population equilibrium).

主讲人简介：
Prof. Dubey is a fellow of The Econometric Society. He is currently the leading professor of department of economics, Stony Brook University, and also the co-director of the Stony Brook Game Theory Center. The Stony Brook Game Theory Center is one of the most important centers all over the world for studying game theory. Prof. Dubey’s main research interests are game theory and mathematical economics. He has published dozens of influential papers in leading economic journals, including Econometrica, Quarterly Journal of Economics, Journal of Economic Theory, Mathematics of Operations Research, and Games and Economic Behavior etc. Prof. Dubey is also a council member of GameTheory Society.
Pradeep Dubey，计量经济学会会士（fellowof The Econometric Society），纽约州立大学石溪分校经济系首席教授（leadingprofessor）及该校博弈论研究中心联合主任（codirector）。纽约州立大学石溪分校博弈论研究中心是国际上博弈论研究最重要的几个中心之一，其每年组织的会议是博弈论领域最重要的年会。Dubey教授主要研究兴趣是博弈论和数理经济学，是国际顶尖的博弈论专家。Dubey教授在博弈论领域做出了卓越贡献，有很多重要论文发表在Econometrica、Quarterly Journal of Economics、Journal of Economic Theory、Mathematics of Operations Research以及Games and Economic Behavior等经济学顶级期刊。Dubey教授目前还是国际博弈论学会理事会成员（councilmember of Game Theory Society）。
