ESCP Europe is a pan-European business school with campuses in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin, and Warsaw. Established in 1819 in Paris, it is the oldest business school and also considered as one of the best, in the world.

Beihang has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ESCP Europe, thereby benefiting research and teaching activities in management and furthering the internationalization of both institutions.                    

 

The signing reflects much consensus reached during the visit on October 14 by Mr. Etienne Desmet, Secretary General of ESCP Europe, and Prof. Leon Laulusa, Dean for International Relations.

 

 

Prof. Huang Haijun, Beihang’s Vice President for Academic and International, extended a warm welcome to the delegation. He said Beihang hopes to promote cooperation in joint education and joint schools.                    

 

Mr. Desmet said the cooperation between Beihang and ESCP Europe will contribute to the development of an interdisciplinary and multicultural training model.                    

 

Cooperation between the two institutions will be launched firstly in the fields of energy management, big data management, etc.      

   

 

Senior staff from International Division, School of Economics and Management, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and School of Computer Science and Engineering attended the meeting.
