Beihang signed an Agreement of Cooperation with the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) to promote collaboration between the two universities.
On behalf of Beihang University, Vice President HUANG Haijun signed an Agreement of Cooperation with the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) to promote collaboration between the two universities. According to the agreement, which is valid for five years, the two sides will cooperate in research and supervision of graduate students.
Founded in 1951, MIPT is one of the most prestigious universities in Russia. It is one of the 15 Russian universities selected to participate in the Russian Academic Excellence Project 5-100. The university currently has 71,000 students and 2,900 faculty and staff. Since 2015, Beihang and MIPT have exchanged a total of 24 students through semester exchange or summer programs.
