Zhang Zhihui holds a PhD and a master's degree in Management Science from Beihang University.
He has over 10 years of work experience in college research and discipline construction at Beihang University. Before joining the International Division in 2022, Dr. Zhang has served at Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games as Deputy Director for Arrivals and Departures Division, International Relations Department and Director for Arrivals and Departures Information Division, Arrivals and Departures Center.
