问卷均采用电子形式，电脑端和手机端（微信答题时请扫描二维码并选择一键登录）均可完成，完成一份个人问卷约需5分钟，线上填完即自动收回。

根据要求，所有在校中国政府奖学金生均需要填写，请在6月28日前填写并提交。
